Is that because you live in a tent in a forest and not a manshun?

parmnion 11-09-2019 09:40 PM

Well I have six little fingers I've managed to trap in the letter box. ..so I would say 4 easily.

We had none last year even though we bought sweets, but that may have been because I turned most of the lights off in the house to make it look like no one was home. I enjoyed all those sweets

I might knock on your door i will do a good trick and you can give me a treat

parmnion 11-09-2019 10:34 PM

Scissors for sale...

LaLaLand 11-09-2019 10:58 PM

We used to have loads, like non-stop. Last few years haven't had a single one.

Hardly see any kids Trick-or-Treating either which is sad, seems like too many people just ignore them knocking now so "why bother?"

When I was little it was like an event and the streets would be full of kids in costumes and every house had sweets or if you're lucky a few pence!

:joker: Nah it's not that.

I genuinely know people who go to bed like 7pm on Halloween and turn all the lights off "incase Trick or Treaters come" because they cba with the hassle of answering the door/just ignoring it OR they're just plain miserable and tight.
