I don’t.


But then again the hospital weighs me along with everything else at my routine visits.:shrug:

Never I’m far too overweight

Im pretty much every morning before my shower.

Once per week Pretty pointless considering weight can fluctuate as much as 7lbs daily due to water retention, bowel movements etc

Yeah but its the same time everyday so I thought that meant those factors are minimised?

I do own a set of bathroom scales though, so I could check anytime if I wanted to, it's just not a big deal to me.

I think I was around 13 and half stone last time I weighed myself, I don't reckon I've altered much.

I never do. I try to eat healthy, but I don't deprive myself. Life is too short for that.

I only bought the scales to weigh my suitcases :joker:

I don't usually,if my jeans get a bit tight round the waist,I cut down a bit.We do have some scales,but they are kind of redundant.

The way I see it, life is too short to be too strict. I try to eat healthy, but sometimes I treat myself.

What did you discover? Did your suitcases need to go on a diet?
