Yeah the series is fine. Not GREAT, not AWFUL, just meh.

I wish it was like Doomsday Clock from the comics instead of its own thing, or at least more like the movie.

It gets better with every episode tbh <3

It really did get better and better; you could probably skip the first three or four episodes tbh, but it was a good series.

Shame the showrunner doesn't think there'll be more.

the biggest discount to film in their nation?

No it isn't.

The proof is the two facts that HBO have not renewed it for another season and Damon Lindelof is doubtful he wants to do anymore at this stage.

Given the overwhelming success, they probably will move forward with or without Lindelof IMO. But, it's not booked.

[As Lindelof says, "There's always going to be space for more Watchmen.
I feel like this world is so expansive — hopefully more expansive now than
it was before. You could call something 'Watchman' and not even feature any
of the characters who were in the original or in this season
as long as they all occupy the same world."

If the network agrees, then expect to watch Watchmen season two in late 2020
at the very earliest, although it seems likely that the wait will be
far longer given the show's creative and budgetary requirements. ]


[So, should Watchmen get a second season?
Obviously if he and his writers can create one as brilliant as the first, sure]

A sentence beginning with "if" is not a fact. In fact, the second half of the sentence is telling you it's more likely to not be the case.
