DiNiro is an actor, he is not a political representative, so his views are those of an american citizen. Nothing more nothing less.

All the rest of it surrounding his character means nothing. He can be a murderous twat, but as an american citizen is still entitled to an opinion and a right to voice it.

I like him as an actor but to blame Trump for this is surely defending and making excuses for someone you like ,but those defending people they like that you don't are told they are making excuses for them,isnt this the same ? having said that I am sceptical about these sort of stories no matter WHO they are.

i mean i like his acting work, i like his sense of humour, his very diverse acting style, he can do action, crime but also comedy that makes a hollywood icon for me personally
