I'm sure I've told you before Parm, that there's no value in e/w golf betting. Your e/w terms get butchered by dead-heats. You would have been better sticking £5 on the outright treble if you believe in the bet, because they'll have to all win for this bet to be of any real value.

Cash out is sitting at 55 quid atm...I will wait until it reaches a thousand.

It won't hit a thousand, your MAX payout unless they all win (not place) is approx £1250. You won't get a cash out over £500 unless the bet is almost finished and looking like a clear winner, in which case, you might as well let it run.

The £1250 figure is based on there being NO dead heats at all, which in a 7/8 place golf outcome is basically impossible. In other words; this bet won't even pay £1000 fully settled if all three place, let alone be offered as a cash-out.

Dead-heat cuts in golf bets are brutal and (tbqfh) most customers simply do not understand how they work. Your stake gets halved for every dead heat and in a competition paying 8 places, there are likely (pretty much certain) to be multiple dead heats.

Though I hope they all come 1st for you Parm and you get your £14k.

Yes, but I think your chances of having all three place without at least one of them being a DH are low. Golf bets actually often end up settling with at least one three-way-split (which REALLY pisses people off...)
