Both artists were awarded with an opportunity to represent their artistry and their country, with an all expenses paid international performance abroad, as part of the EuroVision Song Contest.

Entries for the 2020 AfriMusic Song Contest are open from the 7th of October 2019 and will close on the 7th of January 2020
The winner will be awarded with an all expenses paid trip*, to the city of Rotterdam in the Netherlands, where the 2020 EuroVision Song Contest will be held during the 12th to the 16th May 2020.

Finals - 28th of March 2020 to 11th of April 2020

if anyone wants to follow this contest from Africa, i liked the first 2 editions, lots of unique, diverse music

and 2020 contest is the year when they are likely/planning a live show for first time too (due to it having grown a lot over these last few editions)

vote of the national selections has now been closed

very soon we'll know the 20 songs by 20 artists from 10 countries, who made the final show, who had received the most votes

Finals Voting will open 10th April, so we'll know the list of finalists either 9th or also on the 10th then :cheer:
