lol everyone knows the "pay gap" is caused by different work habits and it's baffling that people still think it's a discrimination thing ... but this video was still insufferable.

What annoys me is how the media portrays it like 50's sexism and how women everywhere are being underpaid :bored: , when in reality like you say it's different work hours & it depends on the career position. Also maternity leave comes into it as well.

If you're a office assistant you're not going to be paid more than a manager no matter if you're a woman or man. So its definety misleading this whole" gender pay gap ".

All that said, there's probably a "promotions gap", for want of better term, which also contributes.
