That’s So Raven - smart or dumb Chelsea?
 
It’s nothing short of a miracle how she could spell her own name in the last two seasons but what a lot of people forget is that Chelsea was actually kind of smart in seasons 1 and 2 (albeit admittedly to extreme limits). Which characterisation did you prefer?

They had her about equally dumb in seasons 3 and 4 but I’d take season 2 Chelsea gladly any day of the week. At least then it was funny stupid and not stupid stupid.
