Beverley Callard has quit Coronation Street after 30 years
 

She said she informed them last month and will leave with a bang at the end of her contract next summer

Yes I can't say she will be particularly missed at this stage

Not a big loss really. Her character has been neglected for years tbh

But this is Beverly's fourth stint with Corrie, it's not that she has done 30 years non-stop, misleading title.

Bless her, I know she suffers from depression quite a bit, so I hope it's a decision based on a positive life-change instead of the opposite.

This is like the third time she's quit lol. She'll be back, just as regular as Jim.

Bet Lynch and Vera Duckworth were queens in the early/mid 90s. Deidre was crap.
