If you want car crash behind the sofa viewing it is a must see :omgno:

i am no expert, but everything in that interview pointed to him lying through his teeth. Perfect recall of alibis going back 20 years, but couldn't remember a single other thing. Saying yes and shaking his head at the same time, avoiding eye contact when directly lying rather than fudging an answer. It was really bad. I would love to hear what a qualified behaviourist thought of it.

Livia 18-11-2019 11:13 AM

I saw the interviewer ask him the same question over and over again and Andrew give the same answer over and over again. I saw her ask him if he was remorseful when he'd stated time and again that he had not met her. It was the kind of interview where I think he should have had his brief sitting next to him because they would have stopped it after about a minute.

Those who believe him, believe him... and those who don't... don't. No amount of interviews and name-clearing operations will ever clear his name if he is innocent, because so many people have already made up their minds. You only have to look at some of the wild comments to know that.

I'm expecting the same kind of treatment for Harry in about 30 years.

I've seen clips on news articles. .. not watched it yet but I will, the consensus is he didn't come across that well but we'll see.

I've read articles and cringed enough, I don't think I could sit through the actual video. It's aggravating that he'll never face any kind of trial for any of it.

That was sooo funny...he mentioned it more than once too

Prince Andrew will now for ever be remembered as the non-sweating Prince.

I felt it was important for him to do the interview as hes silence spoke volumes... I reckon he was advised not to but his arrogance went against that advice and he thought he could charm the pants off us..and my god was he smug.

I cant make out if he is dim witted or he feels the public is dim witted

I only saw bits online and can tell he's guilty as sin.

He should be stripped of his duties and sent to prison.

LaLaLand 18-11-2019 03:45 PM

I did. Never have I ever seen more a shifty character I don't think.

Unbelievable. His rehearsed reactions too, priceless.

I'm just glad he did the interview right away as soon as the initial allegations came out and didn't have a few months to really prepare and rehearse for it.............. OH WAIT...

Just watched it. It was painful and did him no favours at all.

I dont think the interviewer was aggressive enough TBH. The allegations have been around for about a decade and for Andrew to say he still cant recall is just not believable. His lawyer prepped him but it doesnt add up. Wouldn't his bodyguard keep records of his movements?

I dont think the palace press office were having a good day when they agreed to the interview. To focus solely on the allegations seemed overkill and to never address any of his other work or talk about his daughters was a poor choice.

I agree he's going to be know as the non-sweating Prince The condition he claims to have has already been debunked, so it looks like he lied; what else did he lie about?

the best line in the whole interview for me was when he said he was just too honourable when he decided to break up in person with Epstein, staying at the apartment of a convicted sex offender for 4 days in the process, not because he was a good friend, but because it was convenient :laugh::laugh:

He just clearly lives "in another world" of privilege and always has... He doesn't understand that the stuff he's coming out with is utterly ludicrous to any normal person in the real world.

Poor Sarah Ferguson :(

Marsh. 18-11-2019 07:24 PM

In the words of Lorraine Kelly "What's the point?"

A clear liar. Why bother to do an interview at all if you're so bad at bullsh*tting.
