So we finally get a reason why Cliff was medically exempt
 
He said he had 2 slipped discs which is obviously why he was ruled out,

Usually they try cover up the reasons

They don't always "cover it up" so to speak , i remember when Rebecca Adlington was exempt from some trials due to her asthma wasn't it? :shrug:
