Russia banned from all international sports contests for 4 year
 

The World Anti-Doping Agency have gave them a 4 year ban which will include the 2020 Olympics and 2022 World Cup.

Athlete who prove they have never doped will be allowed to compete as a neutral

as if you would ever ban team usa since some use doping there too, and what to think about rest of the world, many use doping (sometimes it is a must to use doping with certain extreme sports events)

team usa are better at hiding their doping, but still hiding is worse


and we know about lance armstrong's doping


makes you wonder what more team usa doctors have covered up :think:

Every Country has used doping methods at some point or another.

However I don't think any Country does it as often as Russia who I can't even take seriously at any event anymore.
