7 more sleeps till Christmas.

Are you ready??

Black Dagger 16-12-2019 06:26 PM

... great!

Barry. 16-12-2019 07:13 PM

Gone too soon.

smudgie 16-12-2019 07:26 PM

Hell no.
I believe that there is a wardrobe full of presents to wrap, courtesy of lovely daughter.
Plus boxes of stuff I have ordered as surprise extra pressies.

Our son and daughterin law arrived from America as a surprise.
He arrived for my birthday and she arrived a fortnight later to spend time for family Xmas.
He now can’t go back to CA until his visa is sorted because he left, so, they are madly looking for a house to buy so he can live in it and it will be a bolt hole when they are not travelling. She will be doing a fortnight here and a fortnight in CA until March when the intention is a few months stay here with kids in tow.
Once she comes over permanently it will be a rental investment for them and they will buy a bigger family home.
I have been dragged in to help, oh happy days:hehe:

Seven more sleeps until Leona Lewis awakes from her year-long slumber

(no The X Factor: The Band doesn't count, no one watched it, she's still fast asleep for another week)

I have the majority of my presents but still need to get some more. I don’t get paid til the 23rd so it’s gonna be a bit of a mad rush to get sorted.

Yes, he was missing his mama, he isn’t fussed on California at all, far too hot for him.

She needs to sort things out with ex husband first, re child sharing.
Two weeks at a time for them both at the minute, so to keep the status quo he would have to be prepared to move over as well.
She finds it hard to run her businesses, family home and hopping on planes between both countries constantly.
She will have a couple of visits before they all come over in March for a few months.

Mystic Mock 17-12-2019 02:41 AM

I've got my Cat a Toy, and my Mom season 1 of Spooks on DVD (as she's really missing the show at the moment) my Dad I'm planning on getting Cross Justice by James Patterson.

And I'm still unsure what to get my Brother, Sister, Niece, and Nephew.

Love this thread, Kate! We watched Miranda and Friday Night Dinner Christmas specials Sunday evening. It's also very Christmassy in London wherever you go, haha.
