I am not going to savagely eat an animal to commemorate the birth of a magic demigod

Vanessa 24-12-2019 11:08 AM

I don't like turkey. I much prefer some chicken.

Oliver_W 24-12-2019 11:16 AM

My uncle usually hosts Christmas, as he is this year. Last year the caterers carved the turkey, so we were all really disappointed Grandad does it otherwise :)

smudgie 24-12-2019 11:33 AM

Either hubby or daughter.
Full turkey, part boned to make it easier to carve.

I only mentioned it because I was being ridiculed and assumed to be without food. They don't eat turkey for Christmas in Portugal, that's why I said there was no turkey to be seen.

There most definitely IS a difference , Turkey is usually more stringy and and texture is different.
