Half past 4 and it's dark.

Yet we had the winter solstice a couple or more weeks ago..

Why?

Cherie 11-01-2020 03:42 PM

Because after the shortest day the amount of daylight increases by seconds, it was dark at 4 a few weeks ago

no we have 20 minutes later sunset than when it was 21st Dec

A thick cloudbase relating to this depression is your culprit. it makes a difference

Shut up :hmph:

I was bout to say that it varies based on cloud cover, but the weathermaster has already spoken :hmph:.

There have been a couple of days in the last couple of weeks here where it hasn't really gotten light in the first place because of the clouds n rain :bawling:. From dark to dusky straight back to dark.

Crimson Dynamo 11-01-2020 03:49 PM

its rained all day here and is pitch black
