That’s a funny way of saying that no one wanted to be in a couple with him so he left

Marsh. 14-01-2020 05:35 PM

Bless him. Sexy man.

Amy Jade 14-01-2020 05:58 PM

Nobody wanted him so he's left rather than see his pride dented.

Bye bitch.

Saph 14-01-2020 06:59 PM

He was definitely told to leave and they said he could have a bull**** story to 'quit'

Yeah, my guess is that they told him what is going on in the media and he decided to leave.

Saph 14-01-2020 07:06 PM

They probably waited a couple days before telling him because its free press

I think he was asked to leave as the backlash would have been damaging to the show, he is no loss.

Strictly Jake 15-01-2020 08:50 AM

I couldnt be happier that he is gone. Dont know why they cast him in the first place unless they just needed a posh guy

Ollie has released statement saying he has never shot an animal nor is he a trophy hunter. He was part of a conservation group and anti poaching campaign in mozambique part of which involves killing old or sick animals. He was there as an observer. He feels very strongly about conservation

How true this is I dont know

But maybe things were taken out of context?

Still wasnt keen on him though

hmmmm I dont believe this.. why would you smile and pose with an animal thats just died of old age.. even if he never "shot an animal" he was obviously involved in its killing somehow, probably paid to see it get shot or something.

Saph 17-01-2020 06:52 PM

Its like his team have just thought of that as an excuse and quickly released it.. If it were true then I dont think there would have been any reason for him to be removed, or he would've at least fought harder to stay

LukeB 17-01-2020 06:59 PM

You wouldn't be taking pictures and smiling if you're against it.

Strictly Jake 17-01-2020 07:05 PM

The reason the animals are shot is because they are old or sick it helps with conserving the healthy animals. Fair enough but dont know why he is posing with them smiling. I wouldnt be smiling, I would understand why it needs to be done but I would still find it sad

Its like my dad he is a pest controller so he has to kill animals that are pests including pidgeons and rabbits etc he does it as its his job but he still finds it sad. He said that when he retires he will be focusing on kindness to animals

You say some real nice things and make some good points ...

That said ... I will never believe that fox hunters , badger baiters , game hunters or whatever are only killing sick or old animals ..

Sounds like complete bollox ..

Unpopular onion but the hunting thing doesn't bother me as much as it should cos most the people preaching #animallivesmatter are probably meat eaters themselves so like if you're really that outraged then you wouldn't be gorging on a double bacon cheeseburger but ANYWAY

I didn't like him because he serves crusty Tory and I'm bored of that posh Dr Alex type Islander they seem to put in every series so I'm glad he left.
