Mark Thompson on Marr agree's we need a Open Debate on BBC Funding
Mark Thompson
now a CEO at the New York Times. He has been viewing many changes in all media. Like Local Papers going under. Avoiding Market Failure Marr says taking BBC3 onto online only was wrong. Mark agreed. He kept saying the BBC and Ch4 as he worked there as well. He is far brighter than the Current BBC CEO Tony Hall. Great interview and he said many BBC3 shows end up on BBC1 anyway Saying BBC3 was a feeder. And Most Import to have Big Open Debates on the BBC future. |
Taking BBC3 onto online only was wrong then admits they all find their way to 1 and 2 anyway?
