Sausages and sausage roles both have sausage meat so it’s the same but one has pastry.

Pastry would add a huge extra amount of calories, fat content, salt and more.

I will partake of the occasional take away.
Daughter in law is home from America on Friday. Celebrations will be had...including food, so, takeaways of some sort on the horizon.

Nope once a month is my new goal though rather than most weekends
