No! That said it depends what the arrangements are, say if I was a high flyer and I was happy to follow my career while the other half looked after the kids, or if no kids did all the cleaning, cooking, washing etc, I guess that would be fine

but don't expect me to stagger in at 7pm and put on a wash :nono:

"Someone who doesn't want to work" is very different. They don't want to work because they inherited 20 million so actually don't have to? Don't want to work because they feel they have a full time job at home with kids and everything else?

Demonising the unemployed as "people who don't want to work" is a simplistic generalisation.

If they had good reason ie medical etc then yes.

Dont know how to answer. My wife doesnt work as we already have 2 kids under 5 and a baby in just a few weeks so my wife hasnt worked for a few years now and wont go back to work for another 2 years yet. But it works for us. I get how it is a full time job looking after young kids and running a home so its not like she doesnt work. So I guess I will say Yes I would.

i work hard long hours and expect my partner to do the same :oh:

unfortunately the TL is a lazy ***and gets a kings ransom for diddly squat

well gold diggers don’t work instead give sexual favours and men are happy to marry them pretty much like footballers wife’s.

Then on the flip side you get women who complain because their partner works to much and they don’t get enough time together.

It’s a funny old game.

And both of these posts could be applied to men too yeah?

Then you get couples that work but don’t put equal amounts into the relationship in terms of money.
