Why do you thnk bg brother has got such low ratings ths year???

I think it's just lost it's magic for most people. Not me though, I still love it.

Possibly because there aren't any big twists, but I think that it's better without them.

I think this series is way better then last years and i dont understand why people arent tuning in!

Yeah it was, but it's obvious that housemates are going to keep coming in every week with the power to nominate. There aren't any big suprises.

I would actually prefare normal big brother for the rest of the series with 4 housemates in the final rather then 6

Its because of Britains got Talent

Too much competiton I think.

Too much competition this week, and the schedulers are messing the slots up.

A combination of the competition being pretty strong from BGT and the apprentice and I think having all girls at the start and it not being good as some previous years up to a point.

It will pick up again when BGT ends and with a more equal house.

How are they messing up slots?

Yeah, there's strong competition from other channels, which is a shame.

It's not just laughing at crap acts, the last 3 days have been the top acts put through and most of them are very talented and that's what people are tuning in for.

I know some people here will crucify me for saying this but I blame the racist problems BB has had since CBB. The program is regarded as and joked on radio and other television programs as "the racist show".

Maybe alot of people are embarressed to admit they watch a program which allowed so much bad stuff to happen in CBB even though C4 acted swiftly to remove the racist this year (Emily). It's just too little, too late...?

Well this is one issue which may be a cause of low ratings.

No i still think the x factor and bgt are cruel horrible shows! Weve seen them all before and when has someone REALLY succsesful ever came out of them??

I'll be honest, nothing has happened in Big Brother this week. It's the 2nd most boring series after Big Brother 4. I'd rather watch Britain's Got Talent

i just think that the magic is in the castine and the casting this year isnt v gd..

the original format was a gd one and its been tinkered with too much

Big Brother could get called a cruel show and though, people booing housemates and people hating them.Plenty of people from these type of shows have forged successful music careers.Girls Aloud, Will Young, Lemar,Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood,Daughtry etc, they all came from reality shows.

How can you tell when its only been on for 2 weeks????
People thought bb5 was bad after two weeks!
More to the point people thought bb4 was good after the first two weeks

If Big Brother came up with some GOOD twists and tasks then maybe i'd enjoy it more, but at the moment nothing exciting or worth watching is happening.

I just think their have been to many of these sort of shows and im amaed people still watch them! At least with big brother you know its going to be something different each time!
