user104658 11-03-2020 10:34 AM

Double espresso. Sometimes as a latte but I've been drinking it neat/black more and more recently.

Alf 11-03-2020 10:35 AM

I don't perch, I'm not a bleedin' budgie.

I make myself a cup of tea.

Coffee. Two heaped spoons of gold blend, three sweeteners and a splash of milk. Only then can I attempt to walk upright and speak English.

Same as myself but Barry's Tea mmm

Crimson Dynamo 11-03-2020 11:14 AM

My last caffeine drink is 4.30 or so.

So as to have a good sleep.

On high days and holidays i may have a cool refreshing glass of White wine (grapes=fruit) at around 6.45 or so as to quieten the voices and to guard against covid 19

A Lancashire lass drinking Yorkshire tea? I bet you have to keep that on the quiet?

I have a question for you.

What's the difference between a Eccles cake and a Chorley cake?

In the shops I go in, they're always next to each other, and I always go for the Chorley cake, because I prefer them. But are they the same?

No, different pastries. Chorley are shortcrust, eccles puff pastry...eccles are flakier than chorley. I prefer eccles although like both.

Ah, I see. Thank you. I must be more of a shortcrust than a puff, then.
