EastEnders postpones filming due to coronavirus
Announcement from EastEnders: “In light of the spread of Covid-19, after much consideration, it has been decided that filming on EastEnders will be postponed until further notice. The decision was made after the latest government update. We will continue to follow the latest news and advice from the World Health Organisation and Public Health England. We have also taken the decision to reduce the amount of episodes we broadcast each week to two, so that we can ensure the audience can continue to enjoy EastEnders in their homes for as long as possible.”
Please note our episodes will now air on Mondays at 8pm and Tuesdays at 7.30pm with immediate effect. https://www.facebook.com/16938349493...833829939/?d=n |

|
yes, same did our dutch soap GTST yesterday, a statement they had stopped filming for few weeks
more out of pre-caution for the virus |
Although on the bright side, that means less Ben and Callum BS to sit through, every cloud and that
|
Down to two episodes a week. Monday and Tuesday.

Well at least the fans will be getting some EastEnders action during this crisis.
Hopefully they'll be able to start filming again within the next few Months with the Coronavirus hopefully being less mainstream with it's infection rates. |
It's not all bad news then.
