I thought they hadn’t shut down filming? Why change the schedule

Not quite. Corrie has two eps normally on Mon Wed and Fri. They have cut down.

Yep, down from 6 episodes to 3. Emmerdale has taken less of a hit, but they film out in the country a lot and not in a city center. I assume they're doing this so they can film with a reduced filming schedule.

So have they halted filming? Otherwise, why cut down the episodes?

Corrie should be that anyway. Ridiculous airing 6 episodes a week.

Slowed down the filming of episodes, so that there are less people at the studio day to day. Also the older cast wont be filming anymore.

Also, I'm glad its three episodes a week too xD
