Don't be frightened, jyst see it for what it is.

All these measures are in place to save old folk, keep beds free, ventilators available.

Us old folk are strong willed, we can cope...

But..and this is the hard part for you, but it's nothing to be frightened off. You need to stay inside for 4 weeks, popping to the shop or for a walk is fine, just wash regularly and stay away from your elderly loved ones.


Honestly, juse be strong and brave and I guarantee you and everything will be fine in a few weeks.

It's only temporary. Until we get through this. Hopefully it will all be over soon. So we can have a normal lif again.
