Has anyone heard from Ammi?

Not seen her for quite a while. Concerned.

arista 24-03-2020 10:25 AM

Niamh. 24-03-2020 10:26 AM

Yeah I know but I suppose people are more worried because of the times we're in right now. Anyway maybe she's just tired of reading about Covid 19, that's all you hear about online atm

Yes the news etc is saturated with Corona virus. I just hope Ammi isn't poorly.

Yes I Hope Not

I assume she in semi in charge at a school
which has now remained open
for special needs children, only

Toy Soldier 24-03-2020 11:38 AM

She's in primary education isn't she? It's been in absolute chaos for the last week trying to organise kids working from home/packs to be sent home etc. so she may have been very busy.

Both my kids teachers are still working despite schools being closed. Oldest's teacher puts everything up on an online system that they log into, youngest has a big pack home and the teacher sends a guide for what parts to do each day.

Yes I think so.
I say good on her to take on a Harder Role.

Scarlett. 24-03-2020 12:30 PM

Tony Montana 24-03-2020 01:18 PM

hijaxers 24-03-2020 03:31 PM

Well i'm sure we hope it is school work load keeping her very busy and her health is tip top.

Scarlett. 29-03-2020 07:50 PM

No nothing at all :worry:

Amy Jade 29-03-2020 08:00 PM

I was wondering this the other day but didn't want to post it and start anyone worrying. I'm sure she will just be busy working.

GoldHeart 29-03-2020 08:20 PM

Maybe she's taking a break from TIBB

Cal. 29-03-2020 08:38 PM

She’s had longish breaks from TiBB before and she may just be very busy.

Nevertheless I’m praying for her safe return x

LaLaLand 29-03-2020 08:42 PM

If she works in education then no doubt she’s been/is being very busy at the moment. A lot of my friends are teachers and many are having to do all of their tutorials and lessons from home online via webcam/online video sharing platforms.

Hope to hear from her soon!

Braden 29-03-2020 09:00 PM

I really do hope she's okay, she's been there for me at my worst. Would be gutted if she was unwell/something was wrong :(

Tom4784 29-03-2020 09:38 PM

Yeah, I noticed a while ago. I'm just hoping she's on a break. I miss her.

JerseyWins 30-03-2020 04:09 AM

Hope she is alright!

Hopefully this is the case.

Dogeatdog 30-03-2020 11:51 AM

I’m guessing she might be very busy or something? I do hope she is ok tho and that she returns soon.

MB. 05-04-2020 07:58 AM

Missing you and your 5am pearls of wisdom, Ammi

LeatherTrumpet 05-04-2020 08:00 AM

She did this the time before and the time before that. It's what she has done for ages. Surely people can remember?

Yes she had a long break before.

But she went missing in action
as Covid19 got worse

I'm just going to be honest here, despite the many (many) arguments we've had to the contrary, the Covid19 "news" on Tibb has been tense, "panicky", preoccupied with death numbers and heavily focused on the "Oh no look at the terrible things happening NOW!" and I totally get why some people might be avoiding the forum for the time being if they don't want that as part of their daily routine.

Oliver_W 05-04-2020 02:53 PM

Does anyone have her socials, or know enough about her to do some cyber-stalking? Don't even share the info, just have a look?

I don't think it's a good idea to encourage people to cyber stalk members, especially someone who has been quite private about her real life information

If I disappear one day and anyone goes doxxing me I'm going to sue you Niamh. Not James, not Josie, not whatsisname who apparently owns the site... You! :suspect:

parmnion 05-04-2020 06:10 PM

Stalk me instead

Revealing real life personal details without the person's consent.

For the record I'd never encourage doxxing her, obviously  I just wondered if someone was able to check in and report back.

AnnieK 05-04-2020 10:28 PM

I am sure Ammi will be looking after herself, physical and mental health wise and if that means staying away from here, particularly at the moment. I miss her massively but would rather she does what's right for her. Sure she will be back when she feels the time is right....

Denver 05-04-2020 10:29 PM

She was on BBC1 at 8pm

Scarlett. 12-05-2020 11:02 PM

I hope she's doing well, looking forward to her big return

Withano 12-05-2020 11:40 PM

I wish. I love that legend.
