as long as i have my distractions from this crisis i am not gonna stress or panic

@Jake, you definitely need a good night sleep, so i suggest maybe some relaxing tea

Cal. 25-03-2020 08:48 AM

Well at half 1 this morning my cough woke me up, and then I was aching and sweating despite the window being open. Ended up getting back to sleep at about half 5.

Cal. 25-03-2020 08:55 AM

yup, that sounds like a stress related problem

just try to relax, maybe watch one of your fave series before going to bed or something like that

Do not leave your home if you have coronavirus symptoms
Do not leave your home if you have either:

a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
To protect others, do not go to places like a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Stay at home.

Use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do.

well as long as you're young, hope you don't have any other severe medical condition (specifically one relating to weakened lungs)

if you isolate yourself, while also still taking good care of yourself, you should be fine
