Hopefully because of the Lockdown there would have been a lot less traffic around

You can actually see one van on it, but there are no other vehicles on the collapsed bridge or around the sides so it looks like it was pretty much empty. The van that's on it doesn't look too smashed up either so whoever was in it is probably OK.
