Easter Dinner

What's for Easter Dinner? I'm struggling due to not seeing/spending Easter with our family for the first time ever :/

For dinner we are having roast lamb leg and topside beef with all the trimmings then chocolate gateu and custard for dessert

Babayaro. 12-04-2020 08:15 AM

just some chips

bitontheslide 12-04-2020 08:20 AM

i'm having lightly toasted bog roll and beans

Nicky91 12-04-2020 08:27 AM

dinner: more like easy nasi, which for us is like nasi from a can, fry it all up, and then with 2 fried eggs, sweet/sour vegetables (which mostly on sundays is leftover from day before i like bit sweet/sour with my fries too)

dessert: homemade pudding

Just surely the custard will wash away all the cream and stuff already on it? Unless you have it cold

Lamb has been in the oven for hours and I've just stuck on the roast tayterrs :hee:. I'm being lazy so it's M&S "ultimate mash" for mash and M&S microwave peas & carrots in mint butter.

There are also Yorkshire puddings but it's the little "frozen batter" ones and I've never managed to cook them right... They're either undercooked or fuggin burned. So wish me luck with those!
