Guessed three of the four that didn't turn up then. Is a love/hate season - I hated it thanks to the Nerd Herd, but looking back it was very much a pivotal series in the history of BBUSA.

Maybe he meant Season 6 & 7 then until 7 became All Stars, I just assumed 5 cos of the DNA twist :laugh:

From a production standpoint the plan for BB7 was All-Stars from the end of BB6... The only reason they went ahead with preliminary planning for auditions was the final decision came from CBS.

In those days BB wasn't even renewed until well in to the new year, so there's no way CBS would sign off on anything until after the official renewal. Auditions were quietly cancelled just as quickly as they were announced.

If Dick and Danielle had previously been short listed it was likely for BB6's secret partners twist. Danielle would not have been 18 until around three quarters of the way through BB5. Her birthday is August 20, 1986.
