Are you allergic to anything?

If you are....what is it?

I am allergic to Penicillin and wasp stings.

It’s funny isn’t it that you become immune to your own animals. I have always had cats...my second cat I had I thought I would have to give her up but after 2 weeks I became immune to her (thank goodness). However if I touch my eyes after stroking them my eyes itch and swell up. My third cat has never affected me at all. If I go to a house that has a cat or dog after a while I get quite wheezy...

Yeah, I have to be careful not to touch my face after stroking them but I can sit quite happily with them on my knee and be fine. Anyone else's cats drive me crazy as soon as I'm in their house.

Dog's I'm ok with though.

Rubber/latex, but only with prolonged skin contact so I don't have to avoid touching rubber bands etc. but if I put one round my wrist or something for 15 minutes it would start to itch.

Discovered it first with in-ear earphones, I need to use ones with memory foam or silicone buds, if they have latex in them my ears gunk/swell up really fast :omgno:.

I also had to use "skins" condoms back in ye olde days when I had to use condoms - because they're latex free. I had some horrible chafing incidents with latex condoms :(.
