Mixed emotions during covid 19

Is anyone else just going from one mood straight into another during this lockdown?

Like at times I am making the most of the situation having a great time with my kids, blasting out songs dancing round the house, playing quizzes via zoom with friends and family and actually enjoying the time off and making the most of the situation

Then suddenly realising how awful the situation is, how sad it all is, and tragic for so many families

Then I get upset about it and just really want to see my family and friends and just give them a massive hug, my son is now over 3 weeks old and none of them have been able to see him yet

The hardest part is there currently being no exit plan

Im sure we are all in the same boat but its strange how quickly we can go from one mood into another

Fairly neutral overall, buzzed with a bit of alcohol :dazzler:

Our plumber just called and said he thinks he can start on the bathroom 18th may. He predicted the lockdown so...

Mr C went back to work yesterday, with a raft of new measures on site to ensure social distancing

Yes Jake I think everyone has their up and down days

Yeah I think like Cherie said most people will be feeling a bit up and down right now. These are very strange times

yes, i think it affects everyone. I'm dealing with colleagues around the world and the responses received at the moment can be a little "erratic"

I feel I've handled it well tbh. Sure, I miss my parents and sister, but I feel like most have been through worse than having to stay home for an extended period of time.

There is something relaxing too when I go out to run and it just feels so peaceful outside, that was obviously never the case in London before.
