there are lots of dubbed shows that are great, although the dubbing has reduced since covid.

AFAIK Netflix don't make Money Heist they just acquired the rights to stream it across the world?

No they actually make it now because the original broadcaster axed it after series 2 but Netflix took it and put a lot of money into it hence why the quality got much better

I watched a movie recently on Netflix called Mirage that had the professor on it, it was very good
