I usually think places that serve food on planks or paddles or whatever are wanky and stupid, but at least there's a reason with this one!

it is amsterdam though, which is not in my country Brabant (yes i recognize my province as a country, we stand above rest of Netherlands)

The pods they use at Christmas markets so people are out of the elements could be used as well, they are probably stored somewhere unused through the year

even better news here, we have recently purchased equipment to create face masks ourselves, so no longer being reliable from other countries, so maybe they'll be ready in masses before second wave hits

there is also loads of interest here, many pharmaceutical companies wanting to invest millions in research for covid patients blood plasma in hopes for a vaccin or medicine

whos desperate enough to eat out that they'd sit in a damn greenhouse to eat a meal.. some people do the most
