How do you escape tibb?

I've found it tough over these recent bank holidays not having work to concentrate on for a good few days so I've turned to TIBB to much..I'm wondering how people who dont have work deal with not going on TIBB every 20 minutes of the day now they cant go to pub to take their minds of off tibb.
