I'm not too sure if she was racist to be fair, seems like she was just horrible to almost everyone.

Maya Rivera spoke out about her years ago being a total mega bitch and apparently insanely jealous, if anyone remembers Glee on X Factor if you remember Amber hitting an insane note in Simon's face, well Lea was unhappy she was upstaged and apparently she was furious Santana and Brittany were fan favourites and demanded less screen time for both.
