More like fell out with producers, refused to go back so is getting an edit exit like Stephanie Davis got.

Maybe she was fired but wanted to stay on, and that was the final straw? If she felt like they weren't treating the BAME cast members properly, it could have been bubbling away and spilled out at the tweet.

People in soaps come and go, maybe they didn't have more stories for her character? Or maybe she was already raising the issues, and they decided to not renew her contract in response?
