He’s finalising rules that’ll allow hunters to hunt bears while they hibernate and kill their cubs in the process, the rules will also allow for hunters to hunt wolf pups as well.

Because nothing saying big strong secure man like allowing the slaughter of cubs and pups.

This comes days after he signed an order rolling back rules on bird protections.

I wonder how all the ‘animal lovers’ that support him will feel about this one :think:

The cubs and pups would sadly die anyway if they were left without their parents, I don't get why people think killing young animals is worse than killing one that's a few years old. None of them should be hunted. Especially since nobody hunts them for food.

Not making it right or anything, but isn't that why there are hunting 'seasons' so the young are no longer dependant

yes Niamh, hunting is disgusting normally, but hunting them while they hibernate is also a cowards way of hunting

Sorry but if you shoot an animal sleeping or too young to defend itself then that is not hunting to me it's needless killing for the sake of it.
