Reminds me of that case in America where a college student raped another student, was found guilty by the jury and the Judge gave hima suspended sentence because he had a "bright future" ahead of him and didn't want to ruin his life..........

If we had a thread for every teen who escaped jail for beating someone up, it'd be all we talked about.

They'd cope as well in prison as any other 18/19 year old sent to prison. Not well. But you don't get spared if you don't have parents with money. It's not even a race issue here, if they were from a council estate they'd be in jail. It's that simple.
