What would you do?
If your best friend suddenly out of the blue cut you off without a word when everything was fine between you.
If they didn't return your texts...didn't answer their phone...blocked you on facebook. Etc. It would be like they had died. Would you take it on the chin? Or move heaven and earth to find out whats wrong? |
Its just happened to me. I feel like I have been bereaved.
|
I can't imagine any of my friends doing that.
If it happened, I'd seek them out probably to ask why. However, I wouldn't press the issue. |
It (kind of) happened to me, reply’s just became one word answers and it took longer and longer to reply.
It’s horrible, it feels like a break up except you don’t even know what you did. I just left it, I wasn’t going to look a twat questioning them, it’s their loss  noodle headed prick :hmph: |

I can't imagine any of my true friends doing that either.
Imagine not replying to someone when you ask them a question... Bin her |

Not the same as a best friend doing it but I had it done by someone I was seeing/dating and uh yeah, it’s not pleasant. Best thing you can do is to leave it imo, as hard as it is.

Got a joke for you if you want:sad: |
Just keep it moving. Try calling and speaking to them (don't text or message) once more and ask what the problem is, if he/she doesn't reply just move on.

I’ve had many friends move on from me. It used to hurt and make me question why, but I don’t really care right now. In my case it was mostly due to me no longer being Interested in taking every drug or drink I can get my hands on anymore and generally not wanting to have many nights out or “memories” like that anymore and before that it was growing out of the “hood” mindset. The quicker you realise your self worth and that a friendship thrown away THAT easily was never one worth having, then the better for your mindset. Just straight up ask them what’s up and if you don’t like the response then it’s better off without. |
