In all seriousness though, TiBB Avengers has the potential to be ****ing hilarious.

It looks kinda decent, I'm not as put off as I was by the first reveal

The multiplayer stuff looks like it'll be great but I'm still not sold on the single player, plus some of the characters look more interesting than others. Thor, Miss Marvel and Black Widow seem to have more varied fighting styles than Iron Man, for example.

Yeah that's weird. From what I know of Miss Marvel, she's basically a female Plastic Man? So it makes sense her fighting style would be varied. But why would Thor and Widow be more varied than Iron Man? I thought he had gadgets for almost anything :laugh:

I think from looking at it, a big part of the problem seems to be flight. It's too slow. It obviously has to be, because the arena sizes in this game would mean if characters were flying as fast as they "should be" (i.e. in excess of mach 1) they'd be crossing the map in a split second. As a result, the way flight has been implemented looks slowed down and "wrong". It looks sort of weird when Thor is in flight, too, but Thor has varied forms of combat on the ground as well. Iron Man's combat, for the mostpart, is ranged + in flight. Harder to implement in a game like this.

But anyway, it's been decided that the main purpose of this game is TiBB multiplayer and forcing Arista to play Hulk all the time, 24 hours a day.
