Take a photo of yourself, then look at that through a mirror, might work, not sure though.
Either the photo or the image of it in the mirror should be true.

So you think the image in the mirror isnt a real representation of what we look like smudge?

When you look at yourself in the mirror, your left and right side are reversed. The face in particular is very different because most peoples faces are not symmetrical (Kylie Minogue being 1 exception (before she had work done)) and each side of the face reflects different personality traits, which we read from looking at people subconsciously. Because these are reversed, we see ourselves completely differently

If you don’t like the way you look or have an issue with a part of your face then you don’t see the real you, only a negative vision of yourself.
