Do you have one? Do you find them good? Do you reach your 10k steps most days?

I hope so, I'm back to work in the office now so I hope it will help to remind me to walk around a bit more instead staying at my desk all day

arista 30-06-2020 02:16 PM

Yes many have them.
I hope it helps you.

I've never had one personally, but known a few people who have & it's out by about 300 calories or so re: your TDEE.

Maybe it even varies, but for me it worked best not using one and using other apps lol

I've linked it to myfitnesspal so i'll see how it goes, if nothing else though it should make me more conscious about getting up and moving around a bit more during the day at work

i have an apple watch and love it. It definitely makes you more conscious of the exercise you do or don't do, which I think is the main point.

I was at an exhibition a couple of years ago, and I walked 18 miles in the venue in 1 day

I had one in 2015 and got bored of it after like 3 days

There’s a pedometer on my phone anyway

I've got the same one Niamh. I just use for the step counter mainly as I don't always carry my phone everywhere with me.

It's fine for counting steps/recording exercise etc. but there's no such thing as an accurate calorie counter, there are FAR too many variables involved.

He's a middle aged man who likes his tipple and gets easily wound up online. The oncoming stroke is "when", not "if" :joker:.
