Agreed, what happens to all the proceeds of crime? Into the 'public' (see tory) coffers for plane painting and such.

I'd like to see a percentage specifically ploughed back into the police budget, specifically community policing.

Famous Criminal Mr Bigs is amongst those arrested and it is believed the arrests have led to stopping 200 murders and kidnaps
