I think this is sort of ridiculous. I understand that Big Brother launched Brian's career and changed his life and it was a shame he was fired (though I didn't think he had the presenter charisma that Davina had or was marginally followed by Emma). I really don't think Davina has done anything wrong by tweeting about the show and frankly it's put a smile on my face that Davina is/was talking about Big Brother after 10 years.

Brian said he opted to not film his clip for Best Shows Ever so it was his decision to not participate and I don't feel Davina has done anything wrong.
