I hope these thugs are caught and shamed ,but it's only a pony so they will probably get a slap on the wrist ,bastards, I do think prison sentences should be in place for arseholes like this.

Clondalkin is in Dublin City as well, people should not be allowed keep horses in the City. Poor thing

I agree Niamh,no place for a horse,but what a terrible thing for anyone to do,I just don't get that mindset.

I agree, people are genuinely psychopaths who get enjoyment out of beating defenders animals, these people need locking up for the safety of man kind. These kind of people will beat and abuse their children as they clearly get enjoyment out of inflicting pain on defenceless beings. It’s so disturbing

I saw this yesterday, hope they die horrible deaths themselves eventually, what cruel streak do they possess to do that to a defenceless animal, the only saving grace is that the pony had some kindness at the end

This is so sad :( People that abuse animals like this deserve to be locked up.
