Bruges because I love the film In Bruges and I want to be an annoying Irish tourist that just quotes that movie 24/7 while the locals get really annoyed

I have sweden (oslo) and france (paris) on plan for next summer. Both places i’ve never been. Want to try and explore Europe a bit more before possibly settling in Berlin for a while next year.

I enjoyed berlin but it is a very dark city to me.
the architecture is very concrete
the nightlife is very druggy and seedy (from a gay perspective) some clubs are literally open 24hrs. I had a friend who lived there and would litterally go to the nightclub mid day get wasted and be in bed by 10pm to go to the office on monday morning.
all the touristy things are war related and holocaust memorials.

Its a definitely a unique city that has to be visited but its not somewhere i feel i have to rush back to.
