Summer Transfer Window 2020

so its all started (well has been for a few weeks)

Looks like our signings are gonna be Lewis (Who is apparently very close to a move), Sara, Thiago, Mandi and Possibly Ben White although we are interested in a number of CBs.

We are gonna have another great season of outgoings it seems

Nicky91 05-08-2020 01:29 PM

already open for few months now

oh wait, not for UK since you guys had to finish the premier league

Dogeatdog 05-08-2020 03:37 PM

Charlton are such a shambles at the moment we wouldn’t be capable of signing a Christmas card let alone signing any players.

LeatherTrumpet 05-08-2020 03:57 PM

Gareth Bale left out of squad for city game....

Black Dagger 05-08-2020 08:21 PM

Ake and Torres already. Lovely x

Denver 06-08-2020 12:48 AM

I mean Ake is a terrible defender that isn't a solution

Mystic Mock 06-08-2020 08:33 AM

Well we've got rid of our two goalkeepers from last season.

24th place here we come.

Arsenal becoming a retirement home for overrated Brazilians (just like our technical director*), you hate to see it </3

*I liked Edu but he is no Arsenal great, and merely played for us sporadically when we were great.

Hopefully we'll have two very good Gabriels to balance it out.

I've got no issues with Willian. With Ozil almost certainly on his way we need an attacking midfielder and Willian is much more of a goal threat than Ozil.

Hope we get Gabriel. Saliba is already training with the first team, Pablo Mari looks decent, we need one more quality centre back IMO. Koulibaly would be ideal but he'd cost a fortune.

Looks like Aubameyang is gonna sign a three year deal. :flutter:

Shaun 06-08-2020 05:49 PM

I'm unsure on Mari... but yeah we still need another CB - especially since we're supposedly getting rid of Holding and Sokratis this summer.

We should keep Holding, get rid of Papa though. Shouldnt have bought him in the first place. Emerey's mistakes will take ages to repair.

Shaun 06-08-2020 06:30 PM

I think the main reason he and a few others rejected the paycut was because the board couldn't and wouldn't guarantee there'd be no job losses, to be fair, and it seems he was right.

Still want him gone, mind, but to blame him for this when Kroenke is literally a billionaire is short-sighted and your usual anti-Muslim rhetoric.

Are you serious?!:laugh3:

I was expecting a team like Brighton or Crystal Palace to go for him, not Tottenham.:joker:
