I'm in shock

RIP

Tom4784 29-08-2020 02:33 AM

Oh Jesus, he must have kept it quiet. It's so sad, Black Panther was an important film to many people and he embodied a hero that represented people who weren't used to seeing someone like them in the starring role of a superhero film. I'm just in shock by this.

Shaun 29-08-2020 02:37 AM

D: what the ****...

Glenn. 29-08-2020 02:47 AM

This came up on my twitter. Shocked.
So young
RIP

Babayaro. 29-08-2020 03:50 AM

What the **** That's a total shock.

Such a massive loss to the film industry

Babayaro. 29-08-2020 03:55 AM

The fact he was working on many of his well known films whilst battling it is crazy

Tony Montana 29-08-2020 04:08 AM

Heartbreaking. I'm completely speechless. A fantastic actor and human being.

R.I.P. Wakanda Forever!

...I just don’t know what to say, this is such a total shock.....I had, had no idea that this ugly disease was taking him, I hate it so much...it was only a few weeks ago that I was rewatching Marshall...he fitted portraying such an incredible person as Thurgood Marshall, so perfectly...and obviously Black Panther...this is just too, too sad and too, too wrong...

...I’m just going to use his words with something he said...obviously great wisdom...but so much more meaningful, with the thought that he may have already been looking into the face of his enemy when he said and felt those words...

‘You have to cherish things in a different way when you know the clock is ticking, you are under pressure.‘

...Chadwick Boseman......

Ammi 29-08-2020 04:36 AM

...this may be the night that my dreams might let me know, all the stars are closer...

Tony Montana 29-08-2020 05:39 AM

He died on the same day as Jackie Robinson Day and Jack Kirby's birthday.

Damn. :(

Brother Leon 29-08-2020 05:45 AM

Terrible news. **** this Year. ****ing **** it.

I had just watched Da 5 Bloods too and was saying he deserves an Oscar Nomination.

So many young kids are going to be devastated at the news. R.I.P Chadwick. Thanks for making young black kids and Men feel like they can be superheroes too.

Edit: ****. I just remembered when he uploaded a video and Twitter clowned him so much for being so skinny that he took the video down. My heart is broken.

AnnieK 29-08-2020 05:50 AM

So shocked at this. RiP x

Ammi 29-08-2020 06:01 AM

..I hope that he had the most incredible people in his short life and through his battle ...and felt very, very cherished...

Nicky91 29-08-2020 06:51 AM

Mystic Mock 29-08-2020 07:11 AM

RIP.

Absolutely terrible news, 2020 has definitely got to be the worst year in my lifetime, it's constant bad news like this.

Oh and I thought that he was absolutely fantastic in Captain America: Civil War as his performance in that Film gets overlooked by many people.

Cherie 29-08-2020 07:16 AM

Oh my gosh, this is such sad news

Niamh. 29-08-2020 07:24 AM

Oh my god, thats terrible, he was so young

joeysteele 29-08-2020 08:16 AM

R.I.P.

Absolutely incredible he's kept this quiet and carried on so strongly.
Amazing effort he's shown in this awful illness.

So very, very sad.

Oliver_W 29-08-2020 08:20 AM

wtf I didn't even know he was sick, when I saw it trending on twitter I dismissed it and assumed it was one of those troll trends which crop up from time to time...

What a strong man he was, to work on all of those movies while he was going through with that...

Wakanda Forever

arista 29-08-2020 08:56 AM

I like the way for 4 years
he kept his Cancer secret
then able to work on Top Films.

He will be missed

LukeB 29-08-2020 09:46 AM

Noooooo </3 :( this is heartbreaking. R.i.p

Yeah, people will remember him as a strong super hero not by that horrible disease.
