I am very happy with Stuart's service. He made sure everything was perfect at every moment. Very considerate! Will definitely recommend!

I know it's no shock to you all to know this about parmy..

Niamh. 08-09-2020 11:18 AM

I'd be more inclined to write a good review. I wouldn't really write a bad review unless something was really really bad

Kazanne 08-09-2020 11:32 AM

I don't bother ,if anything I buy is not up to scratch I just don't buy there again If something is faulty I ring the company and complain.

I just left this one

"love the TV but the guy, Stuart? (I could not understand his broad scotch accent) looked unkempt and smelled a bit of strong spirits. He used my loo and left the bowl looking like someone had held a speedway meet in there. He also ranted a lot about Meghan Markle (?) and someone called Joey who gives him unfair bans ( I presume this is his partner). I dont mind speaking to tradespeople but before he arrived he did accused me of stealing my own car whilst i was looking in my glovebox for my disability badge. 0/5

I always mean to leave good reviews but always forget :worry:

I would never leave a bad one though, annoys me when people seem to get off on leaving a string of one star reviews for places without thinking how it might affect those businesses

Kate! 08-09-2020 11:49 AM

I don't leave bad reviews. I just don't use the service again. I do a lot of good reviews eg on Trip Advisor. Or I'll ring the place up and compliment them. X

caprimint 08-09-2020 11:54 AM

I always leave good ones with somebody's name(s) if it's really good customer service or if they're super helpful etc, whatever they've done that impressed me

If something/someone was really bad I'd leave a bad one too but not very often overall

Neither unless it's really good or really bad. More inclined to give good feedback to support local shops/Restaurants if again, the service/food restaurant was very good.

I don’t give feedback very often tbh but when I do it’s always positive. I wouldn’t bother to write a bad review, I just wouldn’t return/ use the service again.

user104658 08-09-2020 01:37 PM

I like to leave ACCURATE reviews about techy stuff, because I personally find the reviews section really helpful for things like that before buying. It's not really about positive/negative though, different people are looking for different things so it's about trying to be detailed, balance of quality vs price etc.

I'll only leave a bad review if something is such absolute trash that it would be objectively a waste of people's time/money to buy it or use that service. e.g. I one-star-panned a USB Bluetooth receiver recently because having tried it on three different PC's, the ****ing thing stutters and cuts out constantly if you try to use it for headphones or speakers. Utterly useless :fist:.

And I only had to buy it in the first place because the dog managed to get hold of (and, thus, eat - if she getses it, she eatses it) the old one which worked perfectly :fist: :fist:.

I'd review her if I could. "Very friendly, likes hugs, lots of fun, good with kids and other animals. Will eat ALL OF YOUR STUFF. Three stars :suspect: "

I sometimes leave bad feedback on ebay because sellers sometimes offer a non-return refund if the review is retracted :hehe:

I stopped selling things on eBay because twice I had people say they didn't get the delivery and, even though they were sent recorded delivery, eBay/PayPal tends to automatically side with the buyer and gave refunds. Pff. Waste of time.

Yeah that's very unfair, if you have a proof of delivery then they shouldn't get refunded

For the record, I've only ever done it to larger businesses and/or Chinese knock-offs, I'd never do it to someone who looks like they're having a clearout or whatever.

Stuart and his colleague arrived on time, complied with social distancing rules and wore a face mask. TV was repaired within 20 minutes without fuss. Would recommend.
