Not into K-pop myself, but it makes a lot of people happy so good for them :)

They entertain, they bring pleasure to millions.
Good for them.
I also think they do bridge age groups.

I think for their energy and dedication their acclaim is warranted.

i read in youtube comments, reaction videos of that speech

and it is both youth and elderly who love these efforts from them for this good cause

Kim Seok-Jin what his full name is

if he is the son of a CEO, speculation either can be Kim Nam-Jung (of Dongwon Industries a major fishing company) or Kim Nam-Goo (of Korean Investment Holdings, one of south-korean major banks) those 2 Nam-Goo, Nam-Jung are related as well, through Kim Jae-Chul who was founder of Dongwon Industries

and speculations his mother is a former Miss Korea pageant (either contestant or winner not sure there but she has a familiar face)


but Jin himself always kept his personal life very private, only said his father to be a CEO of a major company with a overseas office in germany

maybe this is why he kept it private, not to be seen as a ''rich kid who has a perfect life, perfect family'' very admirable how despite this background he fought for his place in BTS, same as every other member of the group

i've yet to hear more than 1 song I like, and even that 1 isn't one I'd put in my rotation

wrong answer, every song is a huge success of theirs, with over 100 million views, streams

Meh group with a really toxic fan base who attacks anyone don’t like BTS.... they even attacked Niall from 1D for not listening to dynamite

those fans are absolutely not good for them at all

Their fans are mostly teenage girls so the immaturity makes sense

Never seen or heard them,so irrelevent to me.but if kids like them and it makes them happy so be it.
